Opened June 2007, The Brasserie and The Courtyard all go to make up the second exciting development phase for The Brompton. And we look forward to welcoming you here very soon.

Being driven by the award winning landmark developers who so wonderfully recreated North Adelaide’s Archer Hotel, this part of our project presents what can only be described as an architecturally stunning and visually elegant new part of the Hotel.

But a modern day landmark that, we have insisted, must still totally harmonise with and complement our original building, so that rather than dominating, it will instead enhance our charming heritage.

We’ve also ensured that the design of our second phase – and the materials it uses – equally add to the warm, welcoming, comfortable and engaging atmosphere we want to create for our patrons. And so it is amazing but not pretentious. Stunning but not formal. Different but anything but cold.

Hopefully, our architect’s drawings will give you some idea of what’s in store. And while you are enjoying some Phase One hospitality you are most welcome to keep an eye on the progress we’re making.
